How to Apply for the CSOHNS Member APC Discount

With the move to Sage Publishing, we have a new, simpler way for members to apply for the 50% discount on the article processing charge (APC).  This is a value of $750 USD.

IMPORTANT:    Only active members in good standing (dues up-to-date), who have 3+ years of membership in the CSO, and are either the first or senior author qualify.

When an author submits their work to Sage Track, they will be asked the following question:  “If you are an active member of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery, please select the society’s name from the dropdown.  If you are not an active member, please leave blank.”  Those who indicate that they are members in good standing will have their status verified by the editorial office and approved for the discount if applicable.

Sage Publishing will invoice the corresponding author 50% of the APC after their article is accepted for publication.

Please contact Donna Humphrey at journalOHNS@csohns.org if you have any questions.
