You can register:

- Choose your correct category, fill-in the other fields if relevant, and click the “Add to Cart” button.
- For additional registrations (e.g. companion, tour, etc.) click the “continue shopping” link (top right-hand corner) on the PayPal page to take you back, and make your selection.
- Follow instructions to submit your payment. You do NOT have to be a PayPal account holder to use this service.
- You will receive confirmation of registration by EMAIL within 14 days of payment. A hard copy receipt will only be issued on request.
- Please note that the “on-site” fees now apply.

Important Notes
- The REGISTRATION FEE INCLUDES HST & provides admission to the scientific sessions, CMPA workshop, satellite symposia, exhibits, the Welcoming Reception, President’s banquet and delegate’s coffees and lunches.
- PAYMENT will be accepted by the office until June 8, 2018 ONLY. After that date you will be required to REGISTER ON-SITE.
