No Solicitation: Non-profit organizations are prohibited from soliciting delegates directly. Engagement with delegates may only occur if initiated by the delegate. Registration and Selection: Submission of the registration form does not guarantee selection or participation in the event.

I understand that neither CSOHNS nor the Fredericton Convention Centre provides insurance for the Exhibitor's property or potential loss of revenue, and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to secure appropriate insurance coverage.
