All eligible posters will be reviewed by the Awards Committee prior to the meeting. The top ten (10) posters will be formally judged, with one winner selected. The winning poster will receive a plaque and a $500 cash prize. At their discretion, the Review Committee may also award honourable mentions.

Each poster will be assessed accoding to the following criteria: indentification of problem, discussion of results, literature, review and bibliography, quality of illustrations, originality, and overall visual presentation.
