Non-Profit Solicitation and Selection Guidelines

No Solicitation: Non-profit organizations are prohibited from soliciting delegates directly. Engagement with delegates may only occur if initiated by the delegate. Review and Selection Process: All non-profit organizations must undergo a review process and will be selected at the sole discretion of the Executive Committee. Registration and Selection: Submission of the registration form does not guarantee selection or participation in the event.

PLEASE READ: I acknowledge that booth assignment preferences will be prioritized by sponsorship tier, then followed by order of registration, with possible restrictions on the number of spaces available per company. I understand that the times outlined in the information package are approximate and may be subject to change without notice. I have reviewed and agree to all the rules, provisions, and stipulations outlined in the information package. Furthermore, I accept full responsibility and liability for any losses, damages, or claims arising from injury to persons or damage to displays, equipment, or property brought onto the premises of the Fredericton Convention Centre. I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology-Head & Neck Surgery (CSOHNS), the Fredericton Convention Centre, and its owners, employees, agents, and representatives from any claims or expenses related to such losses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the use of the conference premises. This indemnification excludes any liability caused by the negligence of CSOHNS or the Fredericton Convention Centre, its owners, employees, agents, or representatives. I understand that neither CSOHNS nor the Fredericton Convention Centre provides insurance for the Exhibitor's property or potential loss of revenue, and it is the sole responsibility of the Exhibitor to secure appropriate insurance coverage.
