As we look back on the growth and success of the Canadian Society of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery (CSO-HNS) annual meetings, we are beyond excited to announce that the 79th Annual Meeting is shaping up to be one of our most anticipated and well-attended gatherings to date. Surpassing last year’s remarkable turnout in Montreal, this year we have received a record-breaking 417 submissions for abstracts – a clear testament to the vibrant and ever-evolving field of Otolaryngology. The enthusiasm and innovation in our community is truly inspiring, and there is so much to look forward to and celebrate in May 2025.
We would like to extend our deepest gratitude to each and every one of you who has contributed to this incredible response. Your passion, commitment, and dedication to advancing the field of Otolaryngology are what truly make this event special. It’s your participation that fuels the success of the meeting, and we couldn’t be more excited about the exceptional content we have received. The positive energy surrounding this year’s conference is palpable, and we can’t wait to share it with all of you in Fredericton.
With such a large volume of outstanding submissions, we owe a special thank you to our esteemed reviewers. Their time and expertise will be invaluable as they carefully evaluate each submission over the coming weeks.
With the submissions now in hand, we are eagerly looking ahead to Fredericton, New Brunswick, where we’ll gather this May 2025 for what promises to be an unforgettable event. The 79th Annual Meeting will not only showcase the fantastic submissions we’ve received, but it will also offer valuable opportunities for networking, collaboration, and continued professional development. Whether you’re attending to present, learn, or connect with peers, this year’s meeting is sure to be an enriching experience.
